NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public hearing will be held before the Village Board of Trustees for the Village of Clinton at Lumbard Hall, 100 North Park Row, Clinton, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., concerning the adoption or amendment to Chapter 196 entitled “Stormwater Management” of the Code of the Village of Clinton regarding the regulation of storm water within the Village. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard on said proposed local law. A copy of the proposed law is on file in the office of the Village Clerk for the Village of Clinton. A copy can be viewed on the Village website (www.villageofclintonny.org) or requested via e-mail or in writing at the aforementioned address.
