A Public Hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of
Appeals of the Village of Clinton, Oneida County, New York, on Tuesday, March
25, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Village Board Room, Lumbard Hall, 100 North Park
Row, Clinton, New York 13323.
There will be a discussion on an
Appeal for Use/Area Variance located at McBride Avenue, Clinton New York. The
property owner, Lewiston at Clinton Crossroads, is appealing to the Village of
Clinton. Lewiston at Clinton Crossroads has plans to build Multiple-unit
apartment buildings.
R-2P Zoning District regulations
prohibit having more than one dwelling unit on a single lot, front and rear
setbacks, reference - Article VIII, Schedule A, Section 260-6 B (1), Local Law
#1 of 2021 of the Village of Clinton, New York.
The Zoning Board of Appeals will
be reviewing an application from Lewiston at Clinton Crossroads, regarding
property they own located at McBride Avenue within the Village. All associated
documents and issues will be reviewed by the Zoning Board of Appeals with or
without modifications of such proposed project.
Said Appeals Board will at said
time and place hear all persons in support of or any objections thereto. Said
Board will decide on these issues. People may appear in person or by
agent.
