between Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC and the Village of Clinton.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
that the Village of Clinton will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 3,
2022 at 7:00 p.m. at Lumbard Memorial Hall, 100 North Park Row, Clinton, New
York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between
the Village of Clinton and Time Warner Cable Northeast LLC, l/k/a Charter
Communications.
A copy of the agreement
is available for public inspection during normal business hours at
the Village Clerk’s office, Lumbard Memorial Hall, 100 North Park Row,
Clinton, New York. It is also available below in he documents section. At such public hearing, all persons will be
given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will
be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral
statement, if necessary.
