Zoning Law - Signs Number: LL#1 of 2021: Article VI - Section 260-14 Date Posted: February 02, 2021 Date Adopted: February 01, 2021 Table Of Contents: Overview Links Documents Overview: No signs are allowed in the Village Green except those posted by the Kirkland Town Library on the sign at the south end of the Green (https://www.kirklandtownlibrary.org/village-sign/).    Also, please see the both the Signs and Advertising Devices (Section 260-14) link below and the Zoning Law Sign Resolution (9-2-2009) below in Documents.     Signs must be reviewed and approved by resolution through the Village Planning Board and a building permit is required.
