Route 12B (Utica Street, at the Village of Clinton/Town or Kirkland line, to East Park Row, to South Park Row, to part of College Street, to part of Franklin Avenue, and to part of Meadow Street, at the Village of Clinton/Town or Kirkland line) and New York State Route 412 (College Street from Franklin Avenue to just past Dwight Avenue, at the Village of Clinton/Town or Kirkland line), including
the reporting of pot holes and deceased animals, should be directed to the Mohawk
